A graduate of Auburn University in Theatre and Mass Communication, Beth began her career in Jacksonville writing, directing, producing and hosting Backstreet Video Magazine. After moving to Atlanta, she became the producer and host of Oglethorpe Power's internal video news magazine winning an Addy Award for writing. Continuing her career in Theatre, Beth acted in and directed various productions throughout Alabama, Georgia and Florida. After moving to Atlantic Beach, Beth worked with actors and directors at Atlantic Beach Experimental Theatre, Players By the Sea, and Theatre Jacksonville, giving her the opportunity to become the founding director of Acting Up Children’s Theatre, teaching and directing over 500 students. After pursuing a teaching certificate at Jacksonville University, she became an adjunct drama instructor at Landon Magnet School. Upon moving to St. Augustine, Beth founded Limelight's KidzfACTory, furthering local children's theatre education outreach. When Jean Rahner announced her retirement, Beth took over as Artistic Director and is in her sixth season with Limelight Theatre.
Joyce Hayes – House Manager/Box Office Assistant

With a father who served in the Air Force and a mother who ran her own catering business, Joyce grew up with a love for travel and cooking. She became an opening manager for a major chain restaurant while living in New York City, where she met her husband, Tim, on the job. Upon moving to St. Augustine, they were partner-owners of seven Mimi’s Cafe locations throughout Florida and now are partner-owners of seven Outback Steakhouse locations in the region. Joyce is an artist, a scenic painter for Limelight and volunteer for the St. Johns County Center for the Arts where daughter Linzy, 17, and son Ryan, 18, attend. Her eldest—Evan, 20—is an SJCCA graduate!
Wendy White Philcox – Marketing Manager

Wendy is the owner of Publishing Partners, Inc., along with her husband, Chris; they are publishers of The Restaurant Times and Galleria Marketplace—local guides to restaurants, galleries and fine shops. Her background includes serving as editor of a national monthly magazine for professional chefs. In her roles working for the American Culinary Federation and Jacksonville’s Cultural Council, her background includes expertise in public relations, marketing, event planning, publication development, and fundraising. She is the proud mother of a young son, Andrew, who loves attending KidzfACTory camps!
Kristin Pidcock – Box Office Manager

Kristin Pidcock is delighted to be with the Limelight Theatre in its 19th season! She graduated magna cum laude from the Theatre Arts program at Flagler College in 2003, which is also when she began her career at the Limelight as an intern. When not working in the box office, Kristin enjoys being onstage, where she performed roles in Proof (Claire), Spitfire Grill (Effy) and Criminal Hearts (Ada). Kristin’s favorite roles, however, are mommy to her very own little director, Madeline, and wife to her handsome hubby, Jason.
Kate Messenger – Education Director

“Miss Kate”, as her students have come to call her, began her life in the theatre at the age of four and has been hooked ever since. She graduated in 2005 from Flagler College with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts. As education director, Kate heads up Limelight’s KidzfACTory children’s theatre program and is a founding member of the Exploding Bishops improv troupe. Kate has been fortunate enough to work and train in theatre, film, television and dance, but her biggest professional enjoyment is showing the magic of the stage to children.
Kim Fader – Staff Accountant
Kim is very excited to be a part of the Limelight family. Although she does not have an acting background you may have seen her “Singing in the Rain” during this season’s St. Augustine’s Got Talent! Celebrity Cabaret last November. Kim is a licensed enrolled agent. When she is not crunching the Limelight’s numbers, Kim is running her accounting practice, Ancient City Accounting, which happens to rent an office in the theatre. Outside of work, Kim, her husband, Myles, and children—Jessica, Jack and Alex—enjoy taking advantage of all the great attractions St. Augustine has to offer.
