Limelight Announces Auditions for Rocky Horror

The
Limelight Theatre will hold auditions Richard O’Brien’s Rocky Horror Show on Monday,
April 27 at 7:00 pm and Tuesday April 28 at 7:00 p.m..
Director
Beth Lambert is seeking 5 men ages 18 to 35 (one should be a “muscle man”
comfortable wearing a speedo swimsuit onstage) and two additional men ages 30
to 60. She is also looking for three
women ages 18 to 35. Auditionees should
prepare and memorize a one minute comedic monologue and bring sixteen bars of up-tempo music. An accompanist will be provided but cd
accompaniment is fine.
All
ethnicities are encouraged to audition. All actors must be 18 years of age or bring a parental waiver. Please bring a headshot and resume and arrive
early to fill out any paperwork as auditions will begin promptly.
The
Rocky Horror Show runs on the Matuza Mainstage at the Limelight from June 4 to
June 20.
