Limelight Theatre offers theatre instruction for ages 5 to 18 in the KidzfACTory program — with fully staged shows, workshops, day camps when school is out, summer camps, and outreach programs at area schools and organizations.

Story Concert June 16 at 4:00pm
In this camp , students will learn how to bring folktales and fables to the stage through improvisational games to practice gestures, character voice, mime, and storytelling stage techniques. Each storyteller will bring their story alive in a performance on the last day of camp.

Your budding performer will spend the week singing, dancing, and acting in this hilarious mini-musical about a group of unique and talented animals living at an unusual farm! The week will end with a 10-15 minute free showcase for friends & family.

This humorous and imaginative mini-musical, follows a unique and talented group of vegetables! Your young performer will spend the week singing and dancing along to fun songs like "Please Don't Put Us in a Can-Can" and "Lettuce Entertain You!" while learning what it takes to put on a show. The week ends with a 10 - 15 minute free showcase for friends & family.

Come join us in this 4-day camp where we learn how to make props and puppets for theatre! We will be using a wide range of art making materials including cardboard, paint, paper mache and more! In this camp, we will explore the craft side of making theatre. This camp is great for anyone who loves theatre and who also loves being crafty and making art come alive!

Students will walk through the entire theatrical process from script writing to costume design, marketing, and performance. They will collaborate with each other under the guidance of the teaching artist to create a fully original and unique piece of theatre which will be showcased on the final day of camp.
