Next To Normal

Produced by Jessica and Jimmy Alexander, "Next to Normal" is an emotional powerhouse of a rock musical about a family trying to take care of themselves and each other. The story centers around Diana Goodman, a suburban mother diagnosed bipolar with delusional episodes, grappling with the effects on herself, her husband, and her two children. It won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama—an honor very few musicals have ever achieved, recognized for its tackling deeply complex themes rarely addressed so directly in musical theatre. It bravely explores mental illness, grief, trauma, and the nuances of family life with emotional honesty. The show was nominated for eleven Tony Awards and won three. Next to Normal is a profoundly human story of struggle, perseverance and hope!

***Please note that the role of Dr Fine/Dr Madden will be performed by Matt Morgan on Aug 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30, and by Bryce Cofield on Aug 13, 14, 15, 16.***

Danny Johnson - Stand Up Comedy Live!

Danny Johnson - Stand Up Comedy Live!

As seen on his Dry Bar Comedy Special (toured with Howie Mandel last year, NateLand Live).

Danny Johnson has been quietly annoyed by everything for over 20 years. His face registers it before he says a word, and the crowd is already with him before he even speaks. When everything in this chaotic world is coming at you from all directions 24/7, Danny gives you permission to stop, breathe, and laugh until your cheeks hurt and the tears are running. Uncomfortably accurate observational humor about the minutia of everyday life that everyone notices but nobody talks about. An hour with Danny feels like running into an old friend who says everything you've been thinking. He's the exhale you've been holding in all week. And somehow, not a single curse word. You'll drive home lighter than you arrived and already texting someone: “You HAVE to see this guy!”

THIS EVENT IS RATED PG-13

When All The Saints Are Gathered…

WHEN ALL THE SAINTS ARE GATHERED... is a World Premiere Staged Reading by Playwright Nikki Tooms. Set in St. Augustine, Florida, at the height of the Civil Rights Movement. It follows the journey of five students eager to contribute to the fight for justice. While the national movement is often defined by figures like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Ralph Abernathy, this story focuses on those who were the boots on the ground—leaders like Dr. Robert Hayling, who risked everything for the cause. Through the students' eyes, we witness their training, their fears, and their triumphs as they prepare for sit-ins, marches, and wade-ins, facing violent backlash at every turn. The play highlights pivotal historical moments, such as the loss of the NAACP charter, the Klan’s attack on Dr. Hayling’s home, and the attempted assassination inside his dental office. The arrival of Dr. King further shifts the movement’s momentum, but the play does not shy away from showing how local leaders like Hayling sacrificed their safety and livelihoods for the movement. Each student, guided by Hayling's mantra, “Never give up,” takes a different path. Their journey will challenge the audience to examine what it truly means never to give up.
