Catch Me If You Can
Based on the hit film and the incredible true story, Catch Me If You Can follows Frank Abagnale, Jr., a troubled teen who runs away from home to live a life of adventure. Successfully posing as a pilot, a doctor and a lawyer, Frank's lies catch the attention of FBI agent, Carl Hanratty, where he relentlessly pursues Frank across the country to make him pay for his crimes.
To Kill A Mockingbird
Based off of the classic novel by Harper Lee, To Kill a Mockingbird is a coming-of-age story set in 1930s Alabama. It follows young Scout Finch and her father Atticus Finch, who defends Tom Robinson, a Black man falsely accused of assaulting a white woman, exposing the children to the town's deep-seated racism, whilst also learning empathy through their mysterious neighbor, Boo Radley.
A Christmas Carol - The Musical
Ebenezer Scrooge is a prosperous curmudgeonwho believes that personal wealth is far more valuable than the happiness and comfort ofothers. With an infuriated "Bah! Humbug!" Scrooge summates his feelings of Christmas tidings and charitable giving, but he's forced to face his selfish ways when three ghosts on Christmas Eve lead him through his Past, Present and Future. Thanks to their guidance, Scroogerecognizes his faults and greets Christmas morning with a cheerful "Happy Christmas" before spending the day reconnecting and sharinglove with those that mean the most to him.
Bonnie & Clyde
At the height of the Great Depression, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow went from two small-town nobodies in West Texas toAmerica's most renowned folk heroes. Their bold and reckless behavior turns the young lovers' thrilling adventure into a downward spiral, putting themselves and their loved ones in trouble with the law. Forced to stay on the run, the lovers resort to robbery and murder to survive. As the infamous duo's fame grows bigger, their inevitable end draws nearer.
The Miss Firecracker Contest
Set in Brookhaven, Mississippi, The Miss Firecracker Contest follows Carnelle Scott's fervent quest for validation through a local beauty pageant. As the characters navigate personal challenges, they unearth stories of love and self-worth amid the anticipation of Fourth of July celebrations.
Matilda
The daughter of abusive parents, Matilda finds refuge in library books, which she reads quickly and in creating her own stories. Things are no better at school, where Matilda also must face a tyrannical and cruel headmistress, Miss Trunchbull, but luckily finds companionship in her teacher, Miss Honey. Brave little Matilda knows she has to stand up against the adults in her world, and in doing so, discovers her own remarkable powers.
Ah, Wilderness!
A play full of heart and wit that celebrates family and community, Ah Wilderness! takes place in 1906 Connecticut, when a young man falls in love with poetry and a girl, and ends up with his heart broken. But with the help of others, he may yet find happiness. It offers a tender, retrospective portrait of small town family values, teenage growing pains, and young love.
Dreamgirls
Inspired by Motown and R&B legends of the 1960s-70s, Dreamgirls follows the rising stardom of the Dreamettes, an all-girl singing trio from Chicago. The three best friends - Effie White, Deena Jones and Lorrell Robinson - team up with driven, demanding manager Curtis Taylor, who is determined to see their stardom rise . As their careers begin to take off, changes are made to ensure their mass appeal to the pop market. Egos are bruised, tempers flare, and hearts are broken in pursuit of success. Featuring many iconic classic songs, Dreamgirls is a love letter to American R&B music and the artists that make music great.
